Our Mission

We aspire to work with clients who want to install, enhance, and maintain native plantings! Our ideology is to put less energy into the traditional American lawn. Lawn has minimal benefits compared to its environmental cons. That’s not to say that you can’t work lawn space into your yard; it still has its place, no property or vision is alike. We are willing to collaborate on a variety of goals with a budget in mind. If we can replace your lawn little by little, it will become an oasis for insects, birds, and other animals year-round. We still have a ton to learn, but informing folks of the importance of native species is half the battle.

Owner, Casey Adams

Casey has always loved working outdoors, from mowing the lawn with his father to starting a food scrap collection (compost) business in the summer of ‘25; his green thumb never diminished. He holds an associate’s degree in Landscape Contracting from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture (‘23) and a bachelor's degree in Sustainable Community Development from UMass Amherst (‘25). These experiences have broadened his inspiration for what a landscape should look like.
